Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Celuvida, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below:

Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Minimum Subscription Commitment
By placing a subscription order, you agree to receive at least one recurring renewal (rebill) after your initial purchase. The subscription cannot be cancelled before the first rebill has been successfully processed. After the first rebill, you may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Frequency & Amount
You will be billed every 28 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Authorization of Charges
By subscribing, you authorize Celuvida to automatically charge your original payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is cancelled.

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment method. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.

Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

No Cancellation After Creation: Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.
