RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
Submit your return request and wait for approval via e-mail: support@celuvida.com
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging.
Once approved ship it back.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: supoort@celuvida.com

Please include:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping box with the visible tracking label

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue store credit, depending on product availability.

 

REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
